I started coaching in the nineties. My approach was often labeled holistic, just because I advocated whole-hearted leadership. In hindsight, I was fairly dominated by my academic education in law and psychology.
The insights and results are flabber-gasting. It opened my mind for further paradigm-shifting education, so behind the scenes I enjoyed some very challenging years.
It also opened my heart for (the current state of) our planet, society and mankind. I decided to do all I could to harmonize my universe - the part of the planet I can manage. I feel ready to harmonize your universe too. With heart and soul.. and an enormous toolbox.
